Packaging of Gift Boxes:

  • Gift Box Packaging: All our gift boxes are packed in a white printed gift box and filled with packing shreds to secure the products in place during transit.

  • Movement During Transit: While we pack our items as tightly as possible to minimize movement during transit, some items may shift during travel. Raven Collective cannot be held responsible for any items that may move during transit.

    Perishable Products:

  • Transportation: We do not use refrigerated trucks for transportation. Some of our hampers contain chocolate and other heat-sensitive items, which may soften during transport. We are not liable if any products, including chocolate, have been altered due to transportation. All our products are stored in a cool environment prior to packing and delivery, and we strive to deliver gifts as quickly as possible to minimize this risk.

Alcoholic Items:

  • Age Restrictions: Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is illegal to supply or sell alcohol to individuals under the age of 18. Alcohol may only be purchased or received by individuals who are 18 years and older.

  • Alcohol Purchase: Alcohol cannot be purchased individually but is included as part of our gift packages.

Gifts for Hospital Delivery:

  • Considerations: If you are planning to send a gift to someone in the hospital, please consider the following:

    • Length of Hospital Stay: If unsure about the person's length of stay, we recommend sending the gift to their home to ensure it is there when they arrive or asking a relative to bring it to them.

    • Friday and Weekend Orders: Please note that parcels will not be dispatched until Monday if you place an order on a Friday or weekend.

    • Provide Detailed Information: To ensure successful delivery, please provide as much information as possible, including ward, room number, level, and the recipient's phone number.

  • Delivery Time Requests: Unfortunately, we cannot accept specified delivery times (e.g., 4 pm) due to other deliveries scheduled throughout the day.

Postage and Local Delivery:

  • Local Ballarat delivery: We offer a flat rate of $8.50 for local delivery within Ballarat.

  • Standard Postage: For deliveries within Australia, we offer a flat rate of $14.95 for standard postage.

  • Express Postage: If you need your gift box to arrive quickly, we provide express postage for $20.

  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not ship outside of Australia. Our services are limited to domestic delivery only.

For Large Corporate Orders: If you're placing a large corporate order, please contact us directly to discuss shipping rates and options.

Handling Times:

  • Order Processing: We aim to have your gift box posted within 1-2 business days from the time of your order. Please note that if you place an order on a Friday, weekend, or public holiday, your gift will be posted on the next available business day or shortly after.

  • Peak Times: During peak periods such as Christmas, Mother's Day, and Father's Day, please allow a few extra business days for your order to be sent out.

Delivery Times and Important Information:

  • Buyer's Responsibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that all delivery, address, and contact information provided is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or issues arising from incorrect details.

  • Couriers and Delivery: Once your parcel is in the hands of the couriers, it is their responsibility to deliver it within the provided time frame. We do not assume any liability for delayed or lost packages.

  • Tracking: We use Australia Post for shipping our gift boxes and provide tracking details once the item has been lodged with them.

  • Local Ballarat Deliveries: All local Ballarat deliveries are scheduled from Monday to Friday.

  • Urgent Local Delivery: If you require urgent local delivery, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

  • Specific Delivery Date: If you wish to have your parcel delivered on a specific date, please specify this during the checkout process.

  • Order Cut-off Time: Please note that orders placed after 2 pm may not be eligible for next-day delivery. If you require delivery within 24 hours of ordering, please contact us directly to confirm if we can accommodate your request.

Product Availability:

  • Substitutions: In the event that a product is unavailable in the gift box you have ordered, we will replace it with a product of equal value and likeness. Please note that some product styles or colours may differ from the pictures used in our advertising.
